ORS 402.015 Mutual use of supplies and services. In carrying out the provisions of ORS chapter 401, the Governor and the executive officers or governing bodies of the counties and cities may request and utilize the services, equipment, supplies and facilities of existing departments, offices and agencies of the state and of local governments. The officers and personnel of all local government departments, offices and agencies may cooperate with, and extend such services and facilities to the Governor, to the Oregon Department of Emergency Management and to emergency management agencies and emergency service agencies upon request.
