If a shelter home, safe house or crisis line receiving funds pursuant to ORS 409.292 to 409.300 is unable to provide necessary services to a client, it shall refer the client to alternative community resources. ORS 409.610 Legislative goal. It is the goal of the Legislative Assembly to provide programs to make child care services more affordable, to improve the quality of services offered and to increase the number of child care providers.
