ORS 506.213 Coho and chinook salmon hatchery on Oregon coast. (1) The State Fish and Wildlife Commission shall cause to be commenced and shall supervise the construction of a fish hatchery on the Oregon coast for the purpose of rearing coho and chinook salmon. ORS 506.214 Hatchery Construction Fund. The Hatchery Construction Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Hatchery Construction Fund shall be credited to the fund. Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the State Department of Fish and Wildlife. The fund shall consist of any moneys appropriated to the fund by the Legislative Assembly and moneys received by the department for the purposes established in this section in the form of gifts, grants, bequests, endowments or donations.
