The State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Account is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. All moneys received by the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology under this chapter shall be deposited into the account and are continuously appropriated to the board for the administration and enforcement of this chapter and ORS 676.850.
