(a) La Oficina estará a cargo de administrar los siguientes programas federales:(a) “Protection and Advocacy for Developmental Disabilities” (PADD), creado en virtud de la Ley Pública Núm. 106-402, según enmendada, conocida como “Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act of 2000”;(b) “Protection and Advocacy for Individuals with Mental llness” (PAIMI), creado en virtud de la Ley Pública Núm. 106-310, según enmendada, conocida como “Protection and Advocacy for Individuals with Mental llness Act”;(c) “Protection and Advocacy for Individuals Rights” (PAIR), creado en virtud de la Ley Pública Núm. 93-112, según enmendada, conocida como “Rehabilitation Act of 1973”;(d) “Protection and Advocacy for Assistive Technology” (PAAT), creado en virtud de la Ley Pública Núm. 105-394, según enmendada, conocida como “Assistive Techonology Act of 1998”;(e) “Protection and Advocacy for Individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury” (PATBI), creado en virtud de la Ley Pública Núm. 104-166, según enmendada, conocida como “Traumatic Brain Injury Act of 1996”;(f) “Protection and Advocacy for Beneficiaries of Social Security” (PABSS), creado en virtud de la Ley Pública Núm. 106-170, según enmendada, conocida como “Ticket to Work Incentives Improvement Act of 1999”;(g) “Client Assistance Program” (CAP), creado en virtud de la Ley Pública Núm. 93-112, según enmendada, conocida como “Rehabilitation Act of 1973”; y(h) “Strengthening Protections for Social Security Beneficiaries (SPSSB)”. mejor conocido como REP PAYEE la Ley Pública 115-165 del 13 de abril de 2018 (“Strengthening Protections for Social Security Beneficiaries Act 2018”);(i) “Protection and Advocacy for Voting Accessibility” (PAVA), creado en virtud del “Help American Vote Act” of 2002 (HAVA) , (PL 107-252), para garantizar la accesibilidad, independencia y secretividad de las personas con impedimentos que interesen ejercer su derecho al voto;(j) Cualquier otro programa federal relacionado, creado en el futuro, según autorizado por ley.
