Donation of certain confiscated goods to Department of Mental Health; not to be advertised and sold

All soft drinks, playing cards, cigarettes and tobacco products confiscated under this chapter shall be donated to the Office of Mental Health for patient use. The items listed in this section shall not be subject to the advertisement and sale provisions as provided for in this chapter.
