Clerks of court shall file reports of divorces and annulments with Division of Vital Statistics

Whenever a divorce or annulment is decreed by a court having jurisdiction, the clerk of court shall, no later than thirty days following the filing of the final decree, send a report to the Registrar of the Division of Vital Statistics of the Department of Public Health showing such information as may be required on a certificate to be furnished by the Division of Vital Statistics of the Department of Public Health.
