State Park Health Center transferred to Department of Public Health; title to real property vested in State

All powers, duties, personnel, funds and personal property of the State Park Health Center are hereby transferred to the Department of Public Health. The title to all real property is hereby vested in the State of South Carolina, to be administered by the State Department of Administration.
