Closing illegal privies

If an officer or an inspector of the Department of Environmental Services shall find a privy which is not constructed in accordance with the provisions of this article or not being maintained in a sanitary manner and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the department, the officer or inspector shall securely fasten on the privy a notice reading, "Unsanitary, Unlawful To Use."
