"Political subdivision" defined

S.C. Code Ann. § 5-31-2310, under Title 5, Chapter 31.

S.C. Code Ann. § 5-31-2310

For the purposes of this article, "political subdivision" means a municipality, county, or special purpose district which operates a sewer system authorized by law.
