(a) The Virgin Islands shall observe the month of May each year as “Virgin Islands Mental Health Awareness Month”.
(b) The Commissioner of the Virgin Islands Department of Health shall be responsible for disseminating information by sponsoring and promoting publicly held activities throughout the territory to heighten mental health awareness.
(c) The Commissioner of the Virgin Islands Department of Education, with the assistance of the Virgin Islands Department of Health, shall host mental health seminars or other such activities for the Virgins Islands student populace in order to raise mental health awareness among the students of the Virgin Islands.
