(a) The month of September each year is designated as Virgin Islands Prostate and Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month; and
(b) The Governor shall issue an annual proclamation calling upon public officials, private organizations, and all citizens of the Territory to observe this month with appropriate activities and events.
