(a) The Virgin Islands shall observe the month of March each year as “Girl Scouts Month.”
(b) At least 15 days prior to March 1st each year, the Governor shall issue a proclamation to be announced in the press and by radio, encouraging all Government agencies in the Virgin Islands to support the Girl Scouts of the United States of America in its efforts to continue to develop their members as future leaders.
