10 V.I.C. § 157

A blind person accompanied by a dog guide, or who is carrying a cane predominantly white or metallic in color, with or without a red tip, shall have that right-of-way over vehicles while crossing a highway or any intersection thereof, as provided in section 510 of chapter 43 of Title 20, Virgin Islands Code.
