Returning to lands after removal by lawful process

14 V.I.C. § 1748 — under Real Property.

14 V.I.C. § 1748

(1) Whoever—(1) having been removed from any lands by process of law; or(2) having removed from any lands pursuant to the lawful adjudication or direction of any court, tribunal or officer—unlawfully returns to settle, reside upon or take possession of such lands shall be fined not more than $200 or imprisoned not more than 1 year, or both.
