14 V.I.C. § 3004a

Whoever, being an officer or employee of the Government of the Virgin Islands or instrumentality thereof uses a government credit card inconsistent with the purpose authorized is guilty of unauthorized use of a government credit card and is subject to a fine of not more than $10,000 or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both fine and imprisonment.
