(1) The punishment prescribed by this title shall apply to whoever—(1) commits, in whole or in part, any offense within the Virgin Islands; or(2) commits larceny or robbery outside the Virgin Islands, and brings, or is found with, the stolen property within the Virgin Islands; or(3) from outside the Virgin Islands, causes, aids, advises or encourages another person to commit an offense within the Virgin Islands and is afterwards found within the Virgin Islands.
