Permit required; records inspection

Tire retailers or any person or entity processing waste tires shall obtain a permit from the Authority to collect, store, transport, and dispose of all waste tires generated at their businesses. Any tire retailer or any person or entity processing waste tires that stores or collects waste tires shall comply with local and federal storage requirements for waste tires. Tire retailers or any person or entity processing waste tires shall permit the Authority to review and inspect all records related to the collection, storage, transport, and disposal of waste tires from the tire retailer’s or any person’s or entity’s business.
