Any contract for the management and administration of any government hospital facility shall be approved by the governing board of such facility. The term of such contract shall not exceed three (3) years, but may be renewed. The contract shall be let pursuant to the bidding requirements of Title 31, chapter 23, Virgin Islands Code.
