Milk and milk products offered for sale in the Virgin Islands shall be clearly labeled as to type of product. In the case of recombined milk the word “Recombined” or “Reconstituted” shall be in letters at least one half the size of the product name and no smaller than the words “Pasteurized” or “Homogenized”.
