The Department shall prepare and submit an annual report on performance measures of the Program to the Governor and the Chairperson of the Committee on Health, Hospitals and Human Services of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands by December 1st of each calendar year. Performance measures include outcomes relating to the reduction of the rate of inappropriate use of controlled substances through monitoring efforts and the reduction of the quantity of controlled substances obtained by individuals attempting to engage in fraud and deceit.
