(a) Any person desiring to engage in the practice of pharmacy in the Virgin Islands, or desirous of operating a pharmacy in the Virgin Islands, shall first obtain a license to do so in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.
(b) A license issued pursuant to this subchapter for the operation of a pharmacy shall be issued for a period of two years.
