27 V.I.C. § 168cc

Any person who deliberately makes a false statement on his application for license or certification is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than $500 and not more than $1,000 or a term of imprisonment of not less than one month and not more than 12 months, or by both fine and imprisonment.
