No person may practice audiology or speech-language pathology as an audiologist or a speech-language pathologist unless that person obtains a license in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. No person may practice as an audiology assistant or a speech-language pathology assistant unless that person obtains a certification in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
