Chairperson Chairperson (d) The Commission shall annually elect one of its members to serve as Chairperson and one member to serve as Vice Chairperson. Compensation Compensation (e) The members of the Commission shall serve without compensation, but are entitled to per diem and travel expenses for their attendance at each meeting of the Commission at the rate prescribed in 3 V.I.C. § 65.
