Any person guilty of violating any of the provisions of this chapter upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment for not more than three months or both, and shall, in addition, if licensed as a locksmith or keymaker, suffer a suspension or revocation of his license.
