27 V.I.C. § 538

(1) The following are misdemeanors punishable by a fine of not less than $500, but not more than $1,000:(1) obtaining or attempting to obtain a license, certificate, or renewal thereof by bribery or fraudulent representation;(2) knowingly making a false statement in connection with or on an application; or(3) knowingly making a false statement on a form or in relation to a regulation promulgated by the Board.
