Only a dentist licensed to practice dentistry in the Territory pursuant to this subchapter may be the proprietor of a dental practice in the Territory. A corporate entity that has a dental practice or dental office in the Territory must be owned by a dentist licensed pursuant to this subchapter who owns at least a majority interest in that corporate entity.
