Compensation; traveling expenses

Appointed members of the Commission shall receive compensation of $75 per day while attending Commission meetings, plus necessary expenses incurred thereby. However, only one payment of $75 per day will be made when an appointed member attends meetings of both the Historic Preservation Commission and the Enterprise Zone Commission. Each commissioner shall hold office until a successor has been appointed and has been qualified.
