Public marine transportation from or to Cyril E. King Airport on the Island of St. Thomas is prohibited. Any person violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine of note less than $100 and not more than $500 and imprisonment for a term of not more than 30 days. For the purpose of this section, “public marine transportation” means transportation of an individual by marine vessel for a fee.
