(1) As used in this chapter the following terms are to be given the following meanings:(1) “Agents” mean members of the Virgin Islands Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control;(2) “Bureau” means the Virgin Islands Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control;(3) “Director” means the Director of the Virgin Islands Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control; and(4) “Board” means the Administrative Board of the Virgin Islands Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control.
