(a) The Bureau shall be administered under the supervision and direction of the Director.(a) The Director shall be appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Legislature, and shall hold office during the continuance in office of the Governor by whom he is appointed and until his successor is appointed and qualified, unless sooner removed by the Governor.(b) The Director shall organize the Bureau to provide the most efficient, cost-effective, and coordinated delivery of services.(c) The Director shall employ any technical, clerical and operational staff as required for the operation of the Bureau.
