The material which, pursuant to section 982 of this title, is to be printed in the Virgin Islands Register, shall, as far as practicable, be grouped into a separate section of the Register so that this material will form a separate notice register which may be sold by the Lieutenant Governor separately and independently of the Virgin Islands Rules and Regulations.
