The Department, in conjunction with VITEMA, shall develop a plan to ensure that the Silver Alert System uses a localized mass alert notification system. The plan must include the creation of a data base to store information about individuals served under this chapter, including, height, weight, medical conditions, and recent photographs in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
