Each violation of chapter 5 or 7 of this title or any regulation, order or ruling promulgated under this chapter or said chapters shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $300 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment, and each day a violation continues shall be a separate offense.
