Air Liquide Engineering & Construction, 57 avenue de l'Europe, 38360 Sassenage (near Grenoble). Primary R&D and engineering center for cryogenic ASU design and process development. Air Liquide's cryogenic research center has been in operation since the 1950s; Grenoble is also home to key French cryogenics research institutions (CEA, CNRS) creating a cluster effect.
