Amcor+Berry – US Flexible Film Network (Post-Merger)
Combined Amcor+Berry US flexible film manufacturing network following April 30, 2025 merger. Berry had operated blown film facilities across the US (Indiana, Wisconsin, and other states) producing PE films for frozen food, medical, and industrial packaging. Amcor had its own US flexible packaging plants from the Bemis acquisition. Combined entity has ~400 facilities globally and dominates US frozen food LLDPE film converter market. The merger consolidation represents the largest single event in flexible packaging history — regulatory scrutiny of market concentration was expected but merger closed as planned.
