Williamsport was the original Arch Chemicals biocide site; absorbed into Lonza when Lonza acquired Arch for $1.4B in 2011, then passed to Arxada when Bain Capital/Cinven acquired Lonza Specialty Ingredients in 2021 for CHF 4.2B.
