Chevron Gorgon LNG Upstream Gas Fields (Barrow Island, WA)
Gorgon gas fields (Gorgon, Jansz-Io, Chrysaor — deep offshore Carnarvon Basin) supply the Gorgon LNG facility on Barrow Island, Australia (15.6 mtpa, three trains; Chevron operator 47.3%, ExxonMobil 25%, Shell 25%). Gorgon and adjacent Wheatstone (Chevron operator 64.1%, 8.9 mtpa) represent combined ~24 mtpa of LNG capacity — approximately one-third of Australia's total LNG export capacity.
