Corning Canton, NY facility producing EXTREME ULE (Ultra-Low Expansion) glass for EUV photomask blank substrates. Received $32M CHIPS Act funding to expand capacity (2025-2026 timeline). Supplies raw substrates to Hoya and AGC — NOT finished blanks. Mo/Si multilayer coating performed exclusively in-house at Hoya Kumamoto and AGC Koriyama.
