Daqo New Energy — Shihezi, Xinjiang Polysilicon Plant
Primary production facility for Daqo New Energy Corp. (NYSE: DQ) in Shihezi City, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. ~350,000 MT/year polysilicon capacity. Produces high-purity solar-grade polysilicon (mono-grade). Daqo is NYSE-listed (American Depositary Receipts) but all production is in Xinjiang, making it subject to UFLPA (Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act) rebuttable presumption — effectively barring Daqo polysilicon from US solar panel supply chains without extensive documentation. Daqo is also subject to US CBP forced labor Withhold Release Orders.
