Enterprise Products Mont Belvieu NGL Complex
World's largest NGL fractionation complex. Mont Belvieu collectively (all operators) has 36 fractionation units with 4+ MMb/d capacity as of 2025 — a 35% gain since Jan 2023 and a doubling since 2018. Enterprise is the largest single operator at Mont Belvieu. NGLs arrive by pipeline from Permian Basin, Eagle Ford, Haynesville, Appalachia, Midcontinent, Rockies. Separated purity products (propane, ethane, butane) leave by pipeline to petrochemical plants, exports, and residential distribution. Mont Belvieu's propane price is the global benchmark referenced in Asia and Europe.
