Central Glass primary NF₃ production facility in Ube, Yamaguchi. Produces ~12% of global NF₃. Also produces WF₆ and other fluorinated specialty gases at same site. Co-located with Central Glass flat glass operations — sharing HF infrastructure reduces production costs.
