Eaton Aiken Transformer Plant
One of the few US-based large power transformer manufacturing facilities. Produces 100–800 MVA units for high-voltage transmission substations. DOE-qualified for federal procurement. 3+ year order backlog as of 2024. Eaton is expanding capacity here with IRA incentive support.
