GCL Technology Inner Mongolia Polysilicon Plant
GCL's non-Xinjiang capacity (~50,000–80,000 MT/yr) in Inner Mongolia. This capacity is strategically significant: solar manufacturers seeking UFLPA-compliant supply can source from GCL's Inner Mongolia facility instead of its Xinjiang operations. However, proving supply chain traceability to Inner Mongolia (vs. Xinjiang) is operationally complex, and Chinese law does not easily accommodate the documentation required.
