Mitsui Chemicals specialty semiconductor gas production. Produces WF₆ and NF₃ using fluorine chemistry shared infrastructure. Supplies major Japanese fabs and exports to Korean/Taiwanese customers. WF₆ and NF₃ production are co-located due to common HF/F₂ feedstock requirements.
