Hoya EUV Photomask Blank Plant (Kumamoto)
Hoya's sole EUV photomask blank production facility in Kumamoto, Japan. Capacity: ~5.5 million units/year after two expansions (3M units/year added 2023; 2.5M units/year added February 2024). Only facility in the world producing High-NA EUV blanks validated for sub-2nm logic as of Q1 2025. A single contamination event or fire here would halt the High-NA EUV supply chain globally with no backup.
