Ingas Mariupol Plant (Captured — Not Operational)
Former primary production site for Ingas chip-grade neon in Mariupol, Ukraine. Captured by Russian forces March 2022 during the siege of Mariupol. NOT currently operational under original ownership. Was responsible for ~35-40% of global chip-grade neon supply pre-invasion. Crude neon feedstock came via rail from Russian steel mills; Ingas purified to 99.999%+ and exported to U.S. and European fabs. Management relocated to unoccupied Ukraine and has partially resumed production at undisclosed backup site.
