Neste -- Porvoo, Finland (Base Oils + SAF)
Neste Porvoo refinery is Finland's only major oil refinery; produces Group II/III base oils (Neste Base Oils brand) and is increasingly focused on SAF and renewable diesel production. Porvoo is simultaneously a conventional petroleum refinery and Neste's showcase renewable fuels facility -- using the same hydrotreating technology for both fossil base oils and biobased renewable diesel.
