Raven expanding the Innovation Campus with 48 additional acres near Baltic, SD. Added 300+ jobs post-acquisition. Established corporate cyber defense hub with Dakota State University. Products: RS1 guidance controller, OMNiDRIVE autonomous tractor, Slingshot OTA connectivity, Hawkeye Nozzle Control, AutoTurn, ISOBUS Product Control. RS1 also sold through aftermarket channel for Case IH, New Holland, and STEYR machines — not exclusively captive despite CNH ownership.
